Diagram
The client places an order through the website, once placed. It is placed in their cart. The client completes their payment details and the amount is debited of their account.
Once money debited, and the payment has been confirmed successful. A notification will then sent to the client by their financial institution notifying them of the amount debited of their account. Afterwards, the client gets another notification from the creditor advising them of the successful payment and that the order will be dispatched and an expected arrival date as well as the documents the client will need to produce upon receipt of delivery.
4. How and Why We Should Back Up Information
It is vital that our data be backed up. As our computers are a big part of our daily lives, they have literally become our journals or photo albums.
As computers are prone to damage of some sort, information/data on them needs to be backed up. This will of course allow us as much of recovering of data as possible in the event of any malfunctions occurring on the pc.
Obviously in the event of any malfunctions or damages of whatsoever nature occurring, then the backed up data can be restored and easily recovered meaning that business will go on as usual and normal.

1. Creative Commons Licences
A Creative Commons (CC) license is one of several public copyright licenses that enable the free distribution of an otherwise copyrighted work. A CC license is used when an author wants to give people the right to share, use and build upon a work that they have created. CC provides an author flexibility (for example, they might choose to allow only non-commercial uses of their own work) and protects the people who use or redistribute an author's work, so they don’t have to worry about copyright infringement, as long as they abide by the conditions that are specified in the license by which the author distributes the work.
